Pro Bono Legal Assistance Contract

This Pro Bono Legal Assistance Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the undersigned parties as of the Effective Date.

Whereas Party A is a licensed attorney who provides pro bono legal services in the state of Ohio, and whereas Party B is in need of legal assistance, the parties agree as follows:
